Though spring real estate markets across the country are not acting in a typical manor, our real estate professionals at CBWM Family of Companies have been safely doing their part to keep the industry going. Real Estate Update | March 2020

We will begin our March real estate update looking at Michigan's southeastern region, specifically the six counties of Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne. Out of these counties, St. Clair and Wayne are the only two to see an increase in year-to-date new listings. St. Clair County saw an uptick of 3.5%, from 342 in 2019, to 354 in 2020 and Wayne County saw an uptick of 2.7%, from 3,733 in 2019, to 3,835 in 2020.
